Professional workshop curriculum
Three days, with real release checks.
Each day runs 08:30–17:00 with 7 hours 15 minutes of learning. Workshop planning allows no more than six learners per trainer.
Pre-primed and pre-cured duplicate panels let learners demonstrate later stages without shortening genuine primer, decorative-coat or protection waits. This is not a promise that a fresh site installation can be completed and handed over in three days.
Day 1 · Foundations
Safety, product and substrate inspection, preparation and substrate-driven mesh decisions, measured mixing, then first coats on pre-primed stations.
Day 2 · Finishes
Release checks, second coats, three Cemento 3D effects, detail and defect work, then protection selection and Day 3 planning.
Day 3 · Protection
Eligible pre-cured sanding, clean sealing-zone setup, protection practice, care, estimating, handover and practical and knowledge assessment.
Completion requires every practical item to be demonstrated, satisfactory knowledge explanations and safe HOLD decisions, with reassessment recorded where needed. Attendance alone is not manufacturer accreditation, a trade licence, a waterproofing qualification or unrestricted installer approval.
Curriculum basis: Australian Professional Microcement Training Manual, September 2026, Revision 5. The supplied revision is the current course instruction; further supplier review remains pending.
