Detailed Finish Service
We assess and document the decorative finish scope, from suitable preparation through application, protection, caulking and handover, while coordinating separate regulated work where required.

We work directly with Italian and European mineral systems — not off-the-shelf hardware store products. Every system is selected and specified for the project, considering substrate, traffic, moisture exposure and the finish you want.

Proper Preparation
The finish is only as good as the substrate underneath. We take preparation seriously — grinding back existing surfaces, applying bonding primers, reinforcing with fibreglass mesh, and ensuring everything is level and sound before a single coat goes on.

What actually goes into an installation

Site Assessment
We inspect the substrate, check for moisture, cracking or movement, and determine what preparation is needed before any system can be applied.
Product Specification
Based on the substrate, the room's function and the finish you want, we select the right system — not every product works on every surface.
Custom Samples
Before committing, we prepare sample boards in your chosen colour and finish so you can see and feel the exact result. We refine until you're happy.
Substrate Preparation
Grinding, levelling, priming, mesh reinforcement — we do whatever the substrate needs to accept the system properly and prevent issues down the track.
Wet Area Application
Specialist microcement application over waterproofed substrates, with sealed finishes suitable for showers and wet areas.
Application & Protection
The selected material is applied by hand and completed with an approved compatible protective finish chosen for the project conditions.
Clean-Up & Handover
We leave the site clean, caulk all junctions and edges, and provide you with a tailored care and maintenance guide for your specific finish.

Documented Project Warranty
The written quote and any project warranty certificate set out the applicable scope, period, conditions and exclusions. Australian Consumer Law rights are preserved.
Wet Area Specialists
We apply decorative mineral surfaces over properly waterproofed substrates and coordinate the finish with the project's falls, drainage, junctions, exposure and maintenance needs.
Coordinated Finish Scope
One point of contact for the decorative finish scope, coordinated with other responsible trades including an appropriately licensed waterproofer where required.
