Where a completed project includes warranty documentation, the written certificate supplied for that project sets out its applicable terms, period and exclusions.
Making a claim
Contact us with your order or project details, a description of the issue and clear photographs where appropriate. Do not use, mix, tint or apply a product once an issue is identified.
