True craftsmanship respects time. Our application process is methodical and precise — applied end-to-end with the Nikkolor Italia mineral system, from substrate to seal.
Consultation
We begin by understanding your vision. Whether onsite or in our showroom, we discuss the specific requirements of your space, select the appropriate finish, and explore colour and texture options.
Preparation
The foundation of a perfect finish lies in the preparation. We meticulously prepare substrates to ensure they are stable, flat, and primed. This is the most crucial step for longevity.
Application
Our artisans apply the microcement or plaster by hand, building each layer with care and precision. This process takes several days, allowing each layer to cure individually — creating the unique depth and movement of the finished surface.
Protection
Once ready, the decorative surface receives an approved compatible protective finish selected for the area's use, exposure, cleaning and maintenance needs. In wet areas this finish does not replace the compliant waterproofing membrane.
Handover
We conduct a final quality inspection and walk you through the care and maintenance of your new surface to ensure it remains pristine for years to come.
